BASIC
$15/sq ft
Clean, bold tropical designs. Great for larger fence or wall areas where strong graphic impact is the goal. Solid color work and classic palm/beach scenes.
Best for: Big exterior fences, simple lanai walls, budget-conscious projects.
MOST POPULAR
MEDIUM
$20/sq ft
Our most requested level. Richer detail, layered foliage, flowers, better depth and color blending. Beautiful results that really pop.
Best for: Pool walls, patios, Airbnbs, restaurant features — the sweet spot for most clients.
PREMIUM
$25/sq ft
Highest detail airbrushed style. Smooth gradients, realistic wildlife, complex scenes, fine highlights and shadows. Gallery-quality finish.
Best for: Statement interiors, high-end residential, commercial feature walls where you want the wow factor.
10% discount when you pay the full amount upfront at the start of the project.

I require auto-pay (credit/debit card on file or ACH) for any plan that spreads payments. A deposit is always required to lock in your date and start the design process.

All plans are interest-free from us. The final schedule is confirmed in writing before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once design work or scheduling has started.

What affects the final price?

We measure the actual paintable area and quote a flat project price using the tier you choose. Other factors we discuss upfront:

Size & Detail Level
We use your chosen tier ($15 / $20 / $25) × square footage. More complex designs may move you up a tier.
Surface & Prep Work
Repairs, power washing, priming, or difficult textures (brick, heavily textured stucco) add time and materials.
Access & Equipment
Scaffolding, lifts, or working at height. Travel outside the immediate Tampa Bay area.
Protective Coatings
Extra UV / pool-chemical resistant clear coats for exterior or pool areas (recommended for most outdoor work).
Timeline
Standard lead time is a few weeks. Rush or working around business hours / guest turnover can affect scheduling.
Design Time
Custom concepts, multiple revisions, or client-provided reference gathering is included in the quote.

Common questions about pricing & payments

How do the three price tiers work?
We measure the mural area in square feet and multiply by your chosen tier ($15 basic, $20 medium, or $25 premium airbrushed). We then give you one clear flat price for the whole project.
Do I get a discount for paying upfront?
Yes — 10% off the total when you pay in full at the start of the project.
How do the easy pay plans work?
Auto-pay is required for any spread-out plan. Under $1,500: 50% deposit, balance on completion. $1,500–$5,000: up to 4 equal monthly auto-payments. $5,000+: up to 12 equal monthly auto-payments. We put everything in writing first.
What is required to start?
A signed quote and the initial deposit (50% for small jobs, or first payment of the plan). This locks your date and lets me begin the custom design.
Are materials and prep included?
Yes. Premium exterior/interior paints, brushes, and standard prep are included. Scaffolding, lifts, or major repairs are discussed and quoted separately if needed.
