Restaurant & Bar Murals in Tampa Bay

A mural is the cheapest marketing a restaurant can buy, because your customers do the distribution. They photograph the wall, they tag the location, and the post reaches people no ad ever would.

Built as a photo wall, not wallpaper

There's a difference between a decorated wall and a wall people stand in front of. The second one needs a focal point at standing height, a composition that reads in a vertical phone frame, and enough scale that it still works when there are four people posing against it. That's how I design restaurant work.

Tarpon Springs, the beaches and downtown St. Pete all run on tourist traffic. A geotagged photo from a visitor is worth more than most paid placements, and it costs you nothing after the wall is painted.

Exterior walls that do the job of a sign

Painted signage and illustration together turn a plain building into a landmark people navigate by. I hand-letter business names into the artwork so the mural works as identification and decoration at the same time — useful on strip-mall units and buildings set back from the road.

Exterior work gets a protective clear coat, with anti-graffiti options, so Florida sun and salt air don't undo it.

Scheduled around service

I've painted around open kitchens, mid build-out contractors and busy seasons. Nights, mornings before open, and closed days are all normal. You will not be asked to close for a mural.

For a restaurant still in build-out, the ideal window is after drywall and paint but before fixtures go in — the wall is clear and I'm out of the trades' way.

What it costs

Exterior and interior murals are priced per square foot, with prep, primer and protective coatings quoted as separate line items so you can see exactly what you're paying for. Interest-free payment plans are available, including 12-month terms on larger jobs. Full pricing is here.

Common questions

How long does a restaurant mural take?+

Most single-wall interior murals run two to five days on site depending on size and detail. Full exteriors and multi-wall jobs take longer. You get a firm timeline with your quote, before any work starts.

Do I have to close while you paint?+

No. I schedule around your service — nights, mornings before open, or closed days. I clean up at the end of every day rather than leaving a work zone in your dining room.

Can you paint my logo or business name into the mural?+

Yes. Hand-lettered business names and logos worked into the artwork are a normal part of the job, and on exteriors it's often the main point — the mural does the work of a sign.

What surfaces can you paint on?+

Drywall, stucco, block, brick, wood, vinyl siding and metal. Faux-brick paneling and textured walls are fine too. Surface prep and primer are quoted separately so you can see what the wall actually needs.

Will it hold up outdoors in Florida?+

Exterior murals are painted with artist-grade exterior paints and sealed with a protective clear coat. Anti-graffiti coatings are available as an add-on for street-facing walls.
